Pennies Enlargement Exercise

Procedures range from manual exercises to stretching devices and surgical procedures, with reports of successes and failures around the world. While some techniques are known to be outright hoaxes, others can produce some measure of success. Often, in the advertising of fraudulent products, the distinction between temporary enlargement, i.e. erection, and permanent enlargement, is deliberately muddied.

Little legitimate scientific research has been done specifically on the subject of non-surgical penile enlargement; existing claims of significant and permanent enlargement are generally anecdotal, unverified by objective research, and can be biased by the interests and emotions of the source. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations; but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging

from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function. Due to the speculative nature of any hope for "improvement", social controversy due to the sexual nature of the topic, and the many known cases of permanent injury involved in the endeavor, many medical professionals are sceptical of the subject, and tend to avoid work in this field.

Much of the marketing of commercial penis-enlarging treatments is based on unproven assertions that a larger penis enhances sexual prowess, and general attractiveness to potential mates.

Enlargement of a normal penis is distinguished from seeking relief from the recognized medical condition of micropenis, where surgery to increase the organ's size is sometimes needed for urinary or sexual purposes. Anxiety about the size of one's penis may be (in extreme cases) a psychological/psychiatric condition best dealt with by qualified medical practitioners.

A penis pump is a cylinder that is fitted over the penis, with a manual or motorized pump to create a partial vacuum around the penis, engorging it as blood is drawn in. As vacuum increases, the pressure within the blood vessels of the penis increases as well; excessive vacuum causes vascular damage.

Penis pumps may be used to temporarily overcome symptoms of impotence, but do not cure the condition: a tourniquet-like ring must be applied to keep the blood trapped within the penis, otherwise the erection will immediately subside. Pumps may work even if there is nerve or vascular damage preventing a natural erection, but excessive or prolonged use (hours) will cause permanent harm.

Pumping must be done very carefully to avoid serious injury: over-enthusiastic pumping can burst blood vessels and form blisters.

The effectiveness of penis pumps for permanent penis enlargement was examined by Kazem, Hosseini and Alizadeh. They studied 37 men with penis length less than 10 cm and found no significant change in penile length after using pumps for six months, although the follow-up have found 30% satisfaction with the method. The conclusion of the paper stated that vacuum treatment of the penis is not an effective method for penile elongation, but provides psychological satisfaction for some men.
In the US, penis pumps may be covered by Medicare if they are deemed medically necessary.

Pumps have been used to successfully treat men with Peyronie's disease, which causes unusual shortening and curvature of the penis. A 31-patient study conducted by the Department of Urology at St Peter's Hospitals and the Institute of Urology in London found, "clinically and statistically significant improvement in penile length, angle of curvature, and pain after 12 weeks of vacuum pump use". In this study, subjects with Peyronie's undertook two ten-minute pumping sessions per day for twelve weeks. The additional penis length, an average of 0.5 centimetres (0.20 in) was an unexpected side effect found in approximately one third of the subjects and not an intended aim of the study.Details

Fat Loss Factor Diet

In this short weight loss presentation I will teach you a somewhat unusual weight loss strategy that can help you get a flatter belly in under 7 days, while still enjoying the foods you love. This is the first tip that I always teach my patients here in Fishers, IN. And is the same tip that helped one of my patients whom I'm most proud of, (Lori) lose 2 inches from her belly, lose 8 lbs in only 9 days, lose 2 inches from each thigh, lose ¾ of an inch from each arm, and drop 3 dress sizes (At the age of 30, she now wears a smaller dress than she did in high school!). Details

Lori ultimately lost 90 pounds and I'll share with you 1 tip that helped her get there. I can't leave this video up for long, so be sure to watch it from beginning to end while it's still here.

Fat Loss Factor is a weight loss program developed by Dr. Charles Livingston, a certified nutritionist and chiropractor. It is now available online combining a eBook, videos and detailed workout plans.

The first phase of the program is cleansing. According to Dr. Livingston, if liver fails to break down cholesterol, fat begins to accumulate and causes obesity. Therefore, the number one priority is to cleanse the liver restoring its ability to filter toxic substances, and breaking the vicious fat accumulation cycle.

Once the cleansing is complete, the program proceeds to the second stage, which is weight loss proper. This is accomplished by a diet comrised of special foods with fat burning properties and an exercise program consisting of cardio workouts and strength training. Dr. Charles prefers shorter cardio workouts as they are more beneficial for weight loss that multi-hour marathons.

An advantage of Fat Loss Factor is its highly customizable nature. Dr. Livingston provides different exercise routines for men and women and also different workout plans for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. In addition, there are mini-workouts for those who can't find time for the full workouts.

"Flexibility is very important when choosing a weight loss program", says Tim Brody, a reviewer at TBReviews, "A rigid diet plan or exercise program is useless if you can't follow it exactly to the letter, which for most people isn't possible. Fat Loss Factor is advantageous in this regard. For example, if you realize that you don't have time for a full 40-minute workout, this doesn't mean you mark the day as failed in your exercise plan - simply perform the alternative 15-minute mini-workout instead" Buy Now

Breast Enlargement Natural

The breast is the upper ventral region of the torso of a primate, in left and right sides, containing the mammary gland which in a female can secrete milk used to feed infants.

Both men and women develop breasts from the same embryological tissues. However, at puberty, female sex hormones, mainly estrogen, promote breast development, which does not occur in men, due to the higher amount of testosterone. As a result, women's breasts become far more prominent than those of men.

During pregnancy, the breast is responsive to a complex interplay of hormones that cause tissue development and enlargement in order to produce milk. Three such hormones are estrogen, progesterone and prolactin, which cause glandular tissue in the breast and the uterus to change during the menstrual cycle.Full Details

Each breast contains 15–20 lobes. The subcutaneous adipose tissue covering the lobes gives the breast its size and shape. Each lobe is composed of many lobules, at the end of which are sacs where milk is produced in response to hormonal signals.

Because the breasts are principally composed of adipose tissue, which surrounds the milk glands, their sizes and volumes fluctuate according to the hormonal changes particular to thelarche (sprouting of breasts), menstruation (egg production), pregnancy (reproduction), lactation (feeding of offspring), and menopause (end of menstruation). For example, during the menstrual cycle, the breasts are enlarged by premenstrual water retention; during pregnancy the breasts become enlarged and denser (firmer) because of the prolactin-caused organ hypertrophy, which begins the production of breast milk, increases the size of the nipples, and darkens the skin color of the nipple-areola complex; these changes continue during the lactation and the breastfeeding periods. Afterwards, the breasts generally revert to their pre-pregnancy size, shape, and volume, yet might present stretch marks and breast ptosis. At menopause, the breasts can decrease in size when the levels of circulating estrogen decline, followed by the withering of the adipose tissue and the milk glands. Additional to such natural biochemical stimuli, the breasts can become enlarged consequent to an adverse side effect of combined oral contraceptive pills; and the size of the breasts can also increase and decrease in response to the body weight fluctuations of the woman. Moreover, the physical changes occurred to the breasts often are recorded in the stretch marks of the skin envelope; they can serve as historical indicators of the increments and the decrements of the size and the volume of a woman’s breasts throughout the course of her life.

In the mid-twentieth century, Morton I. Berson, in 1945, and Jacques Maliniac, in 1950, each performed flap-based breast augmentations by rotating the patient’s chest wall tissue into the breast to increase its volume. Furthermore, throughout the 1950s and the 1960s, plastic surgeons used synthetic fillers — including silicone injections received by some 50,000 women, from which developed silicone granulomas and breast hardening that required treatment by mastectomy. In 1961, the American plastic surgeons Thomas Cronin and Frank Gerow, and the Dow Corning Corporation, developed the first silicone breast prosthesis, filled with silicone gel; in due course, the first augmentation mammoplasty was performed in 1962 using the Cronin–Gerow Implant, prosthesis model 1963. In 1964, the French company Laboratoires Arion developed and manufactured the saline breast implant, filled with saline solution, and then introduced for use as a medical device in 1964.

The Cronin–Gerow Implant, prosthesis model 1963, was a tear-drop-shaped sac (silicone rubber envelope) filled with viscous silicone-gel. To reduce the rotation of the emplaced breast-implant upon the chest wall, it was affixed to the implant pocket with a fastener-patch of Dacron material (Polyethylene terephthalate) attached to the rear of the breast implant shell.

After years of suffering the turmoil of watching women with cleavage getting everything they want I was determined to find a way to grow my breasts!

I did not have many options left either. I risked losing the guy I liked to the other girls, most of whom were B or C cups.

My desperation to grow my breasts turned into an obsession, where I'd spend every day and night thinking about why some women have big breasts and some women have small breasts (like you and me).

I ran round like a crazy maniac, sitting up all night reading through piles of books about the human body... all trying to find the cause of why breasts grow, and how I could manipulate it.

God knows what people at work would have thought of me if they knew what I was up to at night - browsing through countless web pages, reading 100's of books and actually interviewing many professionals.

The library turned out to be my best friend where I stumbled upon 5 books with proven ancient scientific knowledge on women's beauty.

It was where I got hooked to read each and every word of those books. It seemed like I had found what exactly I needed.

In those 5 major books, I was able to discover the powerful breast growth and firming secrets of Caucasian, Asian and Indian American women, used by them for centuries with proven results.

My reading went on for weeks. I took notes and was determined to discover every secret about how to make my breasts grow. I had come too far to let it go...

And then one night, everything suddenly into place like a giant jigsaw puzzle. It was so simple that I actually slapped myself across the face for not realizing it before...

I felt disgustingly stupid over the fact that I had NOT SEEN what was going on... it was RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. It REALLY blew my mind...

Believe me, that's all you need! The foods are inexpensive and are probably available at your nearby grocery shop. My methods are so easy, you can make your breasts bigger by following them for just 15 - 20 minutes a day.

Save yourself thousands of dollars on expensive surgery! There's no need to go as much as $7,000 in debt, like I almost did.
Spare yourself the risks of invasive, possibly dangerous medical procedures! Don't take the chance of broken implants disfiguring your body!

Glow with confidence as men start noticing your sex appeal and opening doors for you as they stand in awe of your sensual aura!

Don't waste months, and money, on expensive creams that don't increase breast size, but do decrease the balance in your bank account.

Let your confidence soar and release that sexy, confident woman inside you!

Strut your voluptuous figure in tight, cleavage revealing, dresses and sweaters!More Details

How many of these toxic 'cover-ups' infest your dinner table daily?

Hormone-pumped meat from cows, pigs, or chickens and antibiotic-laced dairy from commercial cattle? Conventionally grown and chemically sprayed fruits and vegetables. Package foods and desserts that are loaded with hidden sugars and articial ingredients? Whole grains that are said to be healthy but are actually packed with allergenic ingredients like gluten, which has been linked to countless health problems including auto-immune disorders?Review
And how many of these do you use all the time…

Medicines like Advil, Aspirin, or Tylenol? Plastics and food containers? Cleaning and laundry supplies? Make-up and personal care products?

The reason I ask is because all of these foods and household products are jam-packed with chemicals and deadly toxins that have no business being inside your body.

If YOU feel more tired and worse today than you did a few years ago...OR notice that your body is being held prisoner by digestive problems, excess weight, candida, leaky gut, constipation, IBS, allergies, out-of-control blood lipids, or up and down blood sugar levels...
Then YOU Can Be Sure That You're Chock-Full of DEADLY Toxins Like:

Pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides
Heavy metals like mercury, aluminum, and lead
Genetically modified "franken foods" that alter your DNA
Unnatural hormone and antibiotic residues

These toxins are making you age faster… they are tearing your body apart from the inside-out… they are forcing your body to cling on to unncessary fat… and most importantly, these "invisible" toxins are slowly but surely shortening your life span and robbing you of the quality of life you have left.

And if you care about reversing this damage, then this is the most important message you will ever read.Details Review

An Important Health Article
From the desk of Yuri Elkaim, BPHE, CK, RHN

Hold on to your seat because what I'm about to share with you will shock you. And if you're at all concerned about you and your family's health, then this will probably even make you mad. But you need to know the TRUTH and I'm here to give it to you.

I'm also going to show you what you can do right now to avoid a health crisis because in case you didn't know...the world in which we live today is very very different than it was 50 years ago - and it's endangering your body and health every single day.

For instance...
Did You Know That Millions of People (Including YOU) Are Exposed to Unsafe Doses of Pesticides in Their Foods… Every Single Day?

A 1998 study by the Environmental Working Group looked at 13 organophosphates, which are derivatives of nerve gases developed by Nazi Germany. These pesticides have been used widely for 40 years against scores of agricultural pests.

The study investigated these pesticide levels across 82,000 samples of fruits and vegetables and cross-referenced them with children's eating patterns between 1991 to 1996.

Their findings were shocking… showing that an estimated 1.1 million children under the age of five each day were eating food that contains an unsafe dose of one or more pesticides. Of these children, 106,600 exceeded the FDA's safe daily dosage level by 10 times or more!

And findings from a 2002 study in the journal Agriculture, Ecosystems & Environment revealed that compared to drinking water and inhalation, processed food intake results in a 1,000 to 100,000-fold higher exposure to pesticides.

Obviously, what you eat or DON'T eat matters — big time.

And if you're a woman or expecting mother you'll also want to know that…

Pesticides, Chemicals, and Toxins Will Even Attack
Your Unborn Child!

Children and adults aren't the only ones at risk of being exposed to deadly amounts of toxins because, according to recent research, when pregnant women are exposed to pesticides and other chemicals, their developing babies are exposed too.

A startling investigation of newborn babies born in the US in 2004 revealed that of 413 industrial and consumer product chemicals tested, these babies averaged 200 contaminants in their blood!

The analysis tested for pollutants including mercury, fire retardants, pesticides and a chemical used in the production of Teflon, PFOA. In total, the babies' blood had 287 chemicals, including 209 never before detected in umbilical cord blood.

It's safe to say that the good old days are over.

It’s sad… but absolutely true!

These toxic substances are secretly hiding in what may seem like harmless places like the food you eat… the water you drink… the air you breathe… the carpet you walk on… and even your skin care products.

Our exposure to toxic chemicals far exceeds anything in our history and recent statistics confrim that U.S. industries manufacture and import some 75,000 chemicals. But the current regulatory system does not require comprehensive testing of chemicals before they are put into products you use and it does not provide authority to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to prevent harmful chemicals from being used in these products and released into the environment.

Each Year, Americans Unknowingly Consume
Over 4.5 Billion Pounds of Pesticides…

…Including about one billion pounds of "conventional" pesticides used in agriculture, industry, home and garden, according to the Physicians for Social Responsibility.

Knowing that there are 311 million people in the United States, that amounts to 14 POUNDS of toxic chemicals that are being deposited into YOUR body - every single year!

Every single day, you and your family are unknowingly exposed to a variety of pesticides in your food, your drinking water, your home, your place of work, and where your kids go to school…

And although their effects do not appear overnight, they WILL appear in time…View

Unless you act now.
What All This Toxicity Means to You and Your Health

It shouldn't be hard to understand that exposing your body to a tidal wave of chemicals and poisonous toxins over the course of your life isn't a good thing for your health.

But why? What are the health problems related to increasing levels of toxicity in your body.

Well, here are a few:

Pesticides act like neurotoxins inside your body. They won't necessariy do damage overnight but they become real dangerous with years of exposure. The real problem is that they bio-accumulate inside your body since they resist breaking down in water and tend to accumulate and store in fat tissue (which includes your nervous system), where they can remain for long periods of time.

As result, neurotoxins like pesticides, herbicides and fungicides are have all been shown to cause disruptions to the neurological system, including your brain.

For example, a 2011 study published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives revealed that people exposed to two types of pesticides (paraquat and rotenone - mainly used in agriculture) were 2.5 times as likely to develop Parkinson's disease. Research on animals had already linked paraquat to Parkinson's.

How?

Well, rotenone directly inhibits the function of the mitochondria, the structure responsible for making energy in the cell, meaning cellular death (especially in the nervous system) is more pronounced.

Paraquat increases the production of oxygen derivatives that cause significant damage to important structures inside your body's cells.

Imagine a combination of termites eating away at the foundation of your house along with a stealth-like invader whose sole purpose was to disable the heat and electricity in your home.

Can you see how this might be a problem?

That's just the tip of the iceberg of what's happening inside your body right now.

Other research has shown that high-level exposure to these synthetic neurotoxins causes abnormalities of liver function, skin, and the nervous system.

Menstrual Cycle

Some women have no pain or other problems. But other women have symptoms before and during their periods.Menstrual Cycle
For about a week before a period, many women have some premenstrual symptoms. You may feel more tense or angry. You may gain water weight and feel bloated. Your breasts may feel tender. You may get acne. You also may have less energy than usual. A day or two before your period, you may start having pain (cramps) in your belly, back, or legs. These symptoms go away during the first days of a period.
When your ovary releases an egg in the middle of your cycle, you may have pain in your lower belly. You also might have red spotting for less than a day. Both are normal.

Menstrual, how can women take care of bleeding and symptoms?

You can use pads or tampons to manage bleeding. Whichever you use, be sure to change the pad or tampon at least every 4 to 6 hours during the day. Pads may be best at night.
Many women can improve their symptoms by getting regular exercise and eating a healthy diet. It also may help to limit alcohol and caffeine. Try to reducestress.
A heating pad, hot water bottle, or warm bath also can help with cramps. You can take an over-the-counter medicine such as ibuprofen or naproxen before and during your period to reduce pain and bleeding.

Menstrual Cycle - Normal Menstrual Cycle

The menstrual cycle is the series of changes your body goes through to prepare for a possible pregnancy. About once a month, the uterus grows a new, thickened lining (endometrium) that can hold a fertilized egg. When there is no fertilized egg to start a pregnancy, the uterus then sheds its lining. This is the monthly menstrual bleeding (also called menstruation or menstrual period) that you have from your early teen years until your menstrual periods end around age 50 (menopause).
See a picture of a woman'sreproductivesystem.
The menstrual cycle is measured from the first day of menstrual bleeding, Day 1, up to Day 1 of your next menstrual bleeding. Although 28 days is the average cycle length, it is normal to have a cycle that is shorter or longer.

  • A teen's cycles may be long (up to 45 days), growing shorter over several years.
  • Between ages 25 and 35, most women's cycles are regular, generally lasting 21 to 35 days.
  • Around ages 40 to 42, cycles tend to be the shortest and most regular. This is followed by 8 to 10 years of longer, less predictable cycles until menopause.

Three phases of the menstrual cycle
The phases of your menstrual cycle are triggered by hormonal changes.

Menstrual period

Irregular periodOn Day 1 of your cycle, the thickened lining (endometrium) of the uterus begins to shed. You know this as menstrual bleeding from the vagina. A normal menstrual period can last 4 to 6 days.
Most of your menstrual blood loss happens during the first 3 days. This is also when you might have cramping pain in your pelvis, legs, and back. Cramps can range from mild to severe. The cramping is your uterus contracting, helping the endometrium shed. In general, any premenstrualsymptoms that you've felt before your period will go away during these first days of your cycle.
Follicular phase
During the follicular phase, an egg follicle on an ovary gets ready to release an egg. Usually, one egg is released per cycle. This process can be short or long and plays the biggest role in how long your cycle is. At the same time, the uterus starts growing a new endometrium to prepare for pregnancy.
The last 5 days of the follicular phase, plus ovulation day, are your fertile window. This is when you are most likely to become pregnant if you have sex without using birth control.

Luteal (premenstrual) phase

This phase starts on ovulation day, the day the egg is released from the egg follicle on the ovary. It can happen any time from Day 7 to Day 22 of a normal menstrual cycle. During ovulation, some women have less than a day of red spotting or lower pelvic pain or discomfort .These signs of ovulation are normal.

  • If the egg is fertilized by sperm and then implants in (attaches to) the endometrium, a pregnancy begins. (This pregnancy is dated from Day 1 of this menstrual cycle.)
  • If the egg is not fertilized or does not implant, the endometrium begins to break down.

Menstrual, what is an irregular period?

At the clinic we answer questions all the time about irregular periods. A textbook period happens every 24-29 days, but in truth what is “regular” covers a wide range. Cycles between 23–35 days are very common. A woman may get her period only one to four times a year. Or she might have periods that occur two to three times in a month and involve spotting or extremely heavy flow. Alternatively, she may have heavy episodes of bleeding every two to three months. Irregular periods are simply what is irregular for you.
For the most part, we don’t worry at the clinic about a missed period or two over the course of a year. More variation than that may indicate to us the beginning of perimenopause or a disruption of the natural chain of hormonal events that controls menstruation. A wide variety of factors can be responsible for irregular periods, among them:menstrual

  • Significant weight gain or loss
  • Over-exercise
  • Poor nutrition (or a diet too high in carbohydrates)
  • Smoking
  • Drug use
  • Caffeine
  • Excessive alcohol use (interfering with how the liver metabolizes estrogen and progesterone)
  • Eating disorders
  • Increased stress
  • Polycystic ovarian syndrome/estrogen dominance
  • Uterine abnormalities (fibroids/cysts/polyps/endometriosis)
  • Hormonal imbalance related to perimenopause
  • Medications
  • Chemotherapy
  • Recent childbirth, miscarriage, or D&C
  • Breastfeeding

As you can see, there are many different ways a woman can be irregular for as many different reasons, and it can be very confusing when it happens.
Why does being stressed out cause irregular periods?
Normal menstrualWhen we are under stress, regardless of the source (danger, personal relationships, work, environment) our adrenal glands are designed to secrete the hormone cortisol (see our articles on adrenal fatigue). Cortisol has a direct impact on the sex hormones estrogen, progesterone, and DHEA. Eating disorders, dieting, drug use, and reliance on stimulants like caffeine and alcohol are also interpreted by the body as kinds of stress. Poor nutrition seems to physically change the proteins in the brain so they can no longer send the proper signals for normal ovulation.

Strut your voluptuous figure in tight, cleavage revealing, dresses and sweaters!More Details

detox diet
